Do we allow one way rentals? Our office is located in Rapid City SD and we have no other office locations for you to drop off. So the rental must be returned to our Rapid City location. If you really need and/or want a one way rental. We suggest that you find a rental company that has an office at your starting point and destination. You will need to contact them directly to see if they offer that service and then be prepared to pay a premium price for that service.
How old do you have to be to rent from us? Our rental agreement and our insurance carrier require that the renter(s) and any additional driver(s) be at least 21 years old. There are no exceptions to this age requirement. We also have a policy for renting SUVs, pickup trucks and 15 passenger vans that the minimum age is 25 years old. For renters under 25 an Underage Driver Fee may apply.
What insurance do I need? We require that all of our renters have Liability, Collision and Comprehensive insurance or Liability along with Physical Damage coverage benefit with the credit card(sorry we do not take Amex) that you are paying with. These coverages need to be transferable. That is your insurance will extend to the rental vehicle while you are renting. Always check with your licensed insurace agent to verify coverages and benefits.
.Do we offer unlimited miles packages? No we don't. We would much rather collect for the actual extra miles driven over the total free miles. Instead of charging for miles that you could possibly drive and never use.
